Website Suspended? Here’s the Reactivation Timeline Print

If your website has been suspended, the time it takes to reactivate depends on the reason for suspension.

1. Suspension Due to Non-Payment

If your account was suspended because of an unpaid invoice, your service will be reactivated within one business day after the payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Suspension Due to Abuse or Policy Violations

If the suspension was caused by resource abuse, security concerns, or a violation of Dedirock’s Terms of Service, reactivation will depend on the outcome of our investigation.

  • If the issue is resolved and cleared, your account will be re-enabled.

  • If the violation is serious, the account may not be reactivated.

In both cases, our support team will contact you with updates and next steps.
