Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time. Simply open a support ticket on dedirock.com and let us know which plan you’d like to switch to.
Upgrading itself is free. The only cost is the difference between your current plan and the one you’re moving to. For example, if your existing plan is $5.00 per month and the upgrade is $10.00 per month, you’ll only be charged the $5.00 difference for that billing cycle.
If you’re upgrading to a service outside your current product line, a new purchase will be required since pro-rated pricing only applies to plan upgrades within the same service.
