If your service shows as active but you haven’t received your welcome email, don’t worry — this can happen occasionally.
Sometimes, welcome emails are flagged by spam filters due to the number of messages sent in a short period of time. Please check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message wasn’t misdirected.
If you still can’t find the email, you can easily view all messages linked to your account by logging in to the Dedirock Client Area. Once signed in, go to My Emails to review and access every email that has been sent to you.
