How to Request a Downtime Refund Print

If your service has experienced downtime, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. To request this, please open a billing support ticket and include the following details:

  • The specific service affected by downtime

  • How you would like the credit to be applied

We offer two options for compensation:

  • Account Credit – applied directly to your Dedirock account for future invoices

  • Refund – processed through the same payment method you used at checkout

Our billing team will review your request and confirm the refund or credit as quickly as possible.
